Welcome to the SCC forum! Sounds like you are getting started on a great project with the 20BR. If you are looking to have a reamer made I highly recommend JGS Precision. Feel free to ask questions and share information about your project as it progresses.
If you are interested in a custom delrin bore guide, modified CZ 527 bolt handle, or 7/8" round cotton flannel cleaning patches for small caliber rifles please PM me or email: admin@smallcaliberclub.com

Watch the free bore. I had a reamer made with .068 free bore per the reamer manufacture. It was way too much for 55gr. Bergers.
The bullet was barely in the case. Sent it back for regrind. Make a dummy send it to the reamer Co.

Good point Terry, I'm running .020 in my 20 Nitro (6brai necked down) and it's plenty. With Bob's 55's it's just above the neck shoulder junction right on the lands. The 55 berger are farther out.
