In Minnesota we call them Grandpa Stands. When ya get old and can't take the elements we build grandpa stands and put heaters in them. I think Red is trying to tell us something.

Looks like a neat project. Will be great for camera hunting as well. We have an elevated blind on the ranch. It's reserved for kids and ladies. None of the old guys want to make the climb! Good looking tractor, want to trade for a 2440 w/ 146 loader?

That old lumber (esp. oak) is better than the new junk the lumber yards are forced to sell today! Just going going to have to swing that hammer a little harder to sink the nail, LOL. Good luck on your hunt!
